Curatorial comment
This file contains the school's annual financial audits from 1935 through its last year in operation, 1948. Because government funding during this time period was provided on a per-capita basis, these audits are primarily concerned with documenting the school's average spending per student, accounting for changes in these figures from year to year, and assessing whether these expenses were in excess of the per-capita grants. The audits also list staff members, enrollment figures, and categorize expenses, providing some information about the configuration of the school over time.
